Communications Policy

We are grateful to be able to help our clients with their development, design, and marketing needs. To continue providing comprehensive and in depth responses to questions and inquiries, as of September 16th, 2024 we have updated our tracking of communication time.

See below to learn more about how this will affect our invoicing moving forward.

Project Based Clients

If we are working together on a design, development, migration, or other project, refer to your agreement for total number of hours estimated/included in your project. Your agreement will also outline hourly fees associated in the case communication time exceeds the total allotted to your project.

Emails/meetings related to items in your current statement of work will count towards your project communication budget. Emails/meetings related to additional features, miscelaneous 

Retainer Based Clients 

For development/design/

General Communications Guidelines

Emails:

  • Email inquiries & responses will be invoiced at .25 of an hour, and based on our hourly rate. 

Meetings:

  • 30 minute meetings will be invoiced at .75 of an hour to account for prep time before and after meetings
